Welcoming Trèsind, the globally acclaimed culinary group behind Trèsind Studio in Dubai, the world’s only 3-Michelin-Star Indian restaurant, this exclusive collaboration brings modern Indian fine dining to Phuket through an immersive 10-course tasting menu.

This three-night collaboration unites two distinguished chefs: Chef Saurabh Sachdeva of Tambu, an Iron Chef Thailand winner celebrated for his mastery of progressive Indian charcoal cuisine, and Chef Sarfaraz Ahmed, Executive Chef of Trèsind Mumbai, working under the vision of Chef Himanshu Saini, one of the world’s most influential voices in contemporary Indian gastronomy.

Set beneath Tambu’s distinctive Mughal-inspired rooftop tented palace overlooking the Andaman Sea, diners will experience a captivating exploration of India’s modern culinary identity through refined techniques, storytelling and bold flavours. A curated à la carte menu or an immersive 10-course tasting menu are available, each reflecting the shared creativity and innovation that define both Tambu and Trèsind.
