Bringing together the vibrant cocktail cultures of Thailand and Vietnam, the two-night collaboration will showcase specially curated Siam-Viet fusion cocktails inspired by the culinary traditions and flavors of both countries.
Leading the guest shift are Jib Thananya, Firkin Bar Manager and winner of the Señorío Mezcal Lab Vietnam Finals, alongside Tommy Phat, Firkin Senior Mixologist and APAC Winner and Global Top 5 finalist of Flor de Caña. Together, they will present an exclusive cocktail menu highlighting bold Southeast Asian flavors and contemporary mixology techniques.
Known for its bespoke cocktails and extensive whisky collection, Firkin Vietnam has gained recognition within the regional cocktail scene through its creative approach to modern hospitality and cocktail craftsmanship.
The event will take place at Akoya | Beach Lounge, V Villas Hua Hin – MGallery Collection’s stylish beachfront venue known for its laid-back luxury atmosphere, sunset views, and creative cocktail experiences. Guests can enjoy signature cocktails at THB 390++ per glass, accompanied by bar bites at THB 220++. Seating is limited, and advance reservations are highly recommended.

About Firkin Vietnam
Firkin is a contemporary cocktail and whisky bar in Vietnam, recognised for its bespoke cocktail creations and collection of over 250 whiskies. The bar has gained recognition across the regional cocktail scene through its creative approach to Southeast Asian flavors and modern hospitality experiences.
Jib Thananya, Firkin’s Bar Manager, is a seasoned bartender with experience across Bangkok’s craft cocktail scene, including renowned venues such as Hyde & Seek, Revolution Cocktail, Highball Bar, and Vana Nava Sky. Most recently, she won the Señorío Mezcal Lab Vietnam Finals.
Tommy Phat, Firkin Senior Mixologist, is recognised as the APAC Winner and Global Top 5 finalist of Flor de Caña. With over four years of experience behind the bar, he is known for creating cocktails inspired by guest interaction and personal storytelling.
