Available from Wednesday to Friday, the menu has been created for those seeking an exceptional lunch that fits comfortably into a busy schedule. Served in less than one hour and 15 minutes, it brings together the attentive service, precision and care that define dining at Anne Sophie Pic at Le Normandie.

Priced at THB 4,500++, the menu reflects Anne-Sophie Pic’s distinctive culinary philosophy of Suffusion through a selection of seasonal dishes. Guests may begin with roasted Loire white asparagus with Madras curry and coffee sabayon, or Brittany crab paired with smoked local avocado, Sicilian pistachio and hibiscus. Anne-Sophie Pic’s signature Berlingots, delicate floral pasta parcels filled with local cow’s cheese, chamomile and saffron, are also available with a supplement of THB 1,000++.

For the main course, diners may choose sardine cooked over embers with zucchini ribbons, passion marigold and kaffir lime mayonnaise. Alternatively, wild sea bass with Kaviari Oscietra caviar and Champagne sauce, Jacques Pic’s iconic signature created at Maison Pic in 1971, is available with a supplement of THB 2,500++, while Limousin veal rib accompanied by slow-braised veal cheek may be selected with a supplement of THB 4,000++.

To conclude, desserts include Mara des Bois strawberries with matcha ganache, sesame praline and shiso sorbet, or chocolate mousse served with mint geranium ice cream and coconut milk rice pudding. The experience may also be complemented by alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage pairings created by the restaurant’s sommelier team.
