From co-founding the award-winning Ourselves Alone, recognised among Europe’s Top 50 Bars, to leading beverage programmes and bar openings across Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore, and beyond, his career reflects a passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and exceptional hospitality. Today, as Brand Specialist at United Beverage, he continues to champion premium spirits and elevate cocktail culture across Thailand.
Created exclusively for this guest shift, Knut’s four signature cocktails showcase his contemporary approach to mixology through bold flavours, premium spirits, and distinctive ingredients. Highlights include the refreshing Approve, crafted with Harahorn Small Batch Gin, coconut water, and Mediterranean tonic; the elegant After Eight, featuring Camus VSOP Intense with cream sherry and Jelinek Fernet; the vibrant Sea & Bee, blending Camus Île de Ré Island Cognac with grape, honey soda, and a touch of saline; and Lambay Treacle, a smooth whisky creation balanced with honey, bitters, and cloudy apple juice. Each cocktail is thoughtfully paired with gourmet bar bites, including Spicy Mexican Corn Bomb, Jalapeño Popper Bomb, and Buffalo Chicken & Crispy Bacon Bomb, creating a playful yet refined drinking experience.
